is it too early - 2026?

Honestly I would wait for a couple of years. Most venues won't take bookings 5 years ahead (2-3 max for most) same for most suppliers. No rush... you can have a look around and make a budget plane etc. In mean time. But I wouldn't book jet( also with covid most suppliers will have other priorities atm tbh)

I would wait but if you are desperate you could explore venues to set a budget.


Your ideas will likely change though. I wouldn’t want to commit 5 years in advance incase I came across a better venue etc

Due to postponing etc I now wish my money wasn’t tied in a venue and I also wish I hadn’t bought my dress (although I love it I feel it’s just not as special anymore) ??‍♀️? so I would just leave everything open. Around 2 years before you might want to start securing venue & registrar. We booked with 1 year to go (the first time round ??) and there was only 1 available time for the ceremony.
