Issue with wedding photographer

We got married nearly 7 months ago, but we haven't seen any of our images. We have paid in full, and have been sending emails regularly. We get all kinds of excuses and now she's completely ignoring us. We see no option but to go to small claims court. This is desperately upsetting. I've tried...

We got married nearly 7 months ago, but we haven't seen any of our images. We have paid in full, and have been sending emails regularly. We get all kinds of excuses and now she's completely ignoring us. We see no option but to go to small claims court. This is desperately upsetting. I've tried really nice emails, to more assertive emails, but still no response. She is posting other client's work on her website, so she is working. Any suggestions?
