'I've got the world on a string' meaning

I like frank sinatra and would love one of his songs played as we walk out of the ceremony. I have had a think and can't think of an appropriate one for a wedding really except 'I've got the world on a string'. Daft question but can someone just tell me what they think that song means in their opinion before I defo go for that one? Thanks!!
