I've had a sore throat for a week now which manifested itself into a cold over the weekend. I ran an assessment centre yesterday so was using my voice all day and it was pretty croaky. Woke up this morning to find it was gone!
I keep being told to rest my voice- how the chuff am I supposed to do that? Is it worth going to a dr, will they be able to help at all?
the novelty has worn off. I'm bored now.
