I've just bought some and am having it for my lunch. Thought I'd check out the syn value first and it says online that its syn free on a red day although it lists it twice. One says syn free and the other says 4 syns. Ah well I'm going with the syn free theory ?
Its yum too and a great filler on a red day as I always get stuck with what to have.
Anyone else like it?
