Full hair and makeup trial tomorrow evening. I have an idea on my makeup but no clue what to do with my hair other than I want it put up and not too tidy. Will take some photos !!!

We received our last RSVP on Monday so the table plan has been sent off for printing. I'm very pleased to have that one done and dusted.

First wedding dress fitting this Saturday - so excited to see it again!

Think I'm up to speed with you guys, we're paying off all the suppliers slowly but surely, will be good to get all the final bills over and done with. I've been busy trying to look at table plan design ideas this lunchtime, but I'm struggling to find any inspiration. All RSVP's are back now and we had our final meeting with the venue on Monday which was good. However, OH now has to turn up a lot earlier and help set up as we have too much stuff, but he's happy with that, so that's fine. It feels like it's coming up super quick, we're halfway through June! 45 days/just over 6 weeks for me, eeeek

Final dress fitting on Monday, can't wait to get my dress back.

Its a month today till the wedding, I've been ticking lots of items off the list this week. still have lots left but getting there. paid most things off now apart from the cake (mums paying it off next week), the chair covers and the cleaners.

this week I've made up the canapes and froze them, need cooking the day before, made up the favor box's, they just need filing, made the info signs, just needs printing, finished off the buttonholes and made the seating plan, I've also sewed the runners. I've made a start on the flowers for the fruit cake I've made.

my OH finally went and chose a suit and picked his best man and ushers, my dress is all done now, just needs picking up the week before. still waiting on RSVPs but my OH was very late in sending his so I'm not surprised.

I've had a lot of stress with guests and bridesmaids this week but trying really hard to stay calm and not get angry.

How is everyone getting on!?

My wedding is 3 weeks today! I can't believe how quick everything is coming around!
We paid the last invoice for our Wedding venue today, it felt good to finally finish paying them!

Our Table Plan arrived yesterday and we are very happy with the final look! It has an Ivory background with Baby pink trim borders around the table lists and a baby pink pearl underneath each Table number!

Everything is practically done now, all we have left to pay is the final payment for my hair stylist, our flowers and the Light Up Love Sign (I really can't wait to see this on our wedding day! It will be placed on the dance floor and I think it will look amazing in the photographs!)

We had our engagement photo shoot last weekend and that was so much fun, it was really nice to get to know our photographer a bit more and has put me more at ease for our wedding day and when we have our photographs taken!

All that is left for me to do now is buy a couple of little trinket bits that are on my list for my OH's "Groom Presents".

My sister who lives in Dubai is flying home next weekend and will be staying for a month so she is here for my wedding, she has to be she is my chief bridesmaid! I really can't wait to see her, I have missed her so much!

It will be quite an emotional day actually as the day she flies home is also the same day as my hen party!

She has been organising it from Dubai and has kept it a complete secret from me! plus the day after my hen party is my birthday and we have all the family coming over for my birthday BBQ!

Really excited about everything thats coming up!

The one thing I am surprised at myself for is that I haven't dieted at all. I have practically eaten anything I want and i really thought with the lead up to my wedding I would do the opposite but seeing as I had major surgery in March and the surgeons stated that they didn't know whether I would be able to walk down the aisle or not, this has been my main concern. I can officially say that after months of intensive physiotherapy and sheer determination from me I am up and walking!
My OH has been the most supportive and amazing man I have ever known and I don't know how I would have gotten through the past few months without him. He has literally done EVERYTHING for me.

I am actually making a speech on my wedding day as i have a lot to thank him for and I wanted to take that opportunity to be able to show him in front of all his family and friends how much I love him.

Fingers crossed for us all the sun shines for the whole of July too!

ive got two weeks tomorrow until the day but OH granddad is very ill and we thought we were going to lose Wednesday night. so ive not been thinking too much about the wedding at the moment

We've just took delivery of the flowers. We went for dried flowers and they are AMAZING!! I am so happy with them,they smell amazing too. I can't flash them on my phone so will try again later. It's all finally coming together. Can't belive it's 4 weeks today!

Pleased to report I survived my Hen Do. A great night was had by all. Now I can concentrate on the big day LOL ?

guys... some of us are getting married next week!! Time is moving so fast ?

I also had my local hen do at the weekend. I got home about midnight and left them to get drunk without me. From what I know there were a fair few hangovers yesterday. Im glad they managed to have a little parry on my behalf since I can't drink.

I've got the final bridesmaid dress fitting this morning so looking forward to seeing it again.

I can't believe it's the start of the July weddings from next week I can't believe how close it all is now, crazy!

40 days!! just 40 days until I get married.

I am so excited right now. Got my hen do this weekend. no idea whats happening. All the big things are done, just have a shed load of printing to do.

I feel like everything is coming together and in place mostly.

Dress fitting in just under 2 weeks. I can't wait to try it on again.

Ha ha. I know what you mean. I can't believe it all kicks off next Friday (being 1st of July) for some of us. I think for me its time to officially panic LOL !!!

I had my first fitting on Saturday. I loved it! I felt absolutely incredible and I can't wait to go back in another 2 weeks to try it on again.

We have our final meeting with the venue this evening and then with the TOG on Wednesday. Trying to remain cool now...

I'm new to Hitched and I'm getting married on 2nd July! I can't believe I only just found such an active forum, I've looked since I got engaged 2 and a half years ago but no one seemed to chat on any of them.

Its only 11 days away, everything is looking pretty organised but I'm finding it so hard to focus in work. I finish on the 29th June and the last week or so I've just been doing wedmin in work. Now I've finished most the admin side of it I find myself just googling the venue and looking at my dress online- anyone else finding it hard to do actual work??

I was quite calm until the Saturday just gone where something just clicked and I got sooooo excited and it hasn't left me since!

Glad you found us in time (LOL). Wow those 11 days are going to fly by so no wonder you're excited. I'm struggling to keep motivated at work and I've still got 26 days to go ....

Currently in recovery from my hen party.

I was picked up at 1pm by my MoHs partner. Had to take a shot and then blindfolded for the car ride.

Got dropped off outside an apartment and was greeted by a naked, hot butler. cue, some quizzes and forfeites for any questions I got wrong.

All my closest friends were there and it was so much fun. The next bit was a treasure hunt around Westfield Stratford which ended up at Gymbox where we did a 2 hour pole and belly dancing class, with routines to my favorite JLS songs.

After the class it was back to the apartment for some chill time.. or so I thought. A stripper turned up. I've never seen one live before and it was so outrageous! so much willy everywhere. He was cheesy and fantastic.

Then we ate some yummy food. more drinks and hit the town. Went to a club night and I got proper drunk as you'd expect. It ended with puking in wine buckets and tears of disbelief that I'm getting married.

Yesterday was recovery mode, I spent the whole day throwing up, today I'm at my desk wishing I took annual leave.

33 days to go!! Bring it on

I know! I feel the same way at the minute. My other half has just come back from his stag do and we are paying all the final balances this week, then that's it. All done. This was our last pay month for the wedding. We cant believe it.

I had another dress fitting at the weekend with my new dress and the last fitting is the week before the wedding so I hope it all works out the way it should.

Just think, this time in 3 weeks it will all be over with.

I can't quite believe it...one week to go ???

I swing between feeling totally calm to panicking that there is still loads to do!
