Just the two of us ceremony

This may be a strange question, but what does a ceremony look like when you are just meeting an officiant at a chosen location with only your to-be spouse? We wanted to go super simple and planned a weekend getaway a few hours away. Just wanting ideas on the flow of the ceremony from people that have done similar weddings.
