Just want a simple do, feels impossible!

Hi all.
The local registry office is, quite frankly dire so instead we've been looking at a simple ceremony somewhere else so we can have a nice setting.
There will only be 10 max and all we want us the ceremony and maybe a glass of fizz although not a must have and a place with pretty views. We would be in and out in couple of hours max!I cannot seem to find anywhere that isnt a ridiculous price for this (£1400 plus).Any ideas ?
