Kalms/Rescue Remedy - any good?

Rescue Remedy is a godsend. I used to suffer from panic attacks and they used to calm right down with RR. Every now and again I feel them coming back but RR helps, and if I have a difficult meeting, presentation, interview, it always helps.

I use Rescue Remedy when I travel (seems to relieve the stress of it for me) and my H takes Kalms regularly (due to pesky clients driving him to the edge most days) and they have made it more bearable for him. They work for us, yes.

I don't think they necessarily do anything, but I think that by the fact of taking them, they make you think that you will be more calm, so you become more calm IYSWIM... might get some Rescue Remedy myself actually, I've got an interview tomorrow! ?

I use RR on a frequent basis and find it really useful - I must have taken a whole bottle the morning of my wedding - and I felt lovely and chilled out. There's no harm in trying it!

I use Rescue Remedy on occasion and for me it works really well. I always feel really calm afterwards. I do however use a lot more than the suggested dose each time.

I think things like Kalms have to be taken for a few weeks to really get any benefit from them.

Rescue Remedy is much more instant. I know some people think its just a placebo effect but it works fabulously on my dog when she is fretful. I highly recommend it.
