Keeping a ham moist overnight

HeidiHole, 12 July, 2008 at 17:09 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 10

How do I do this? I'm cooking a ham for tomorrow but don't want it to be dry by then, is there a secret tip to keeping it moist?

I fankoo ?

I wrap mine in tin foil and it always seems fine to me.

That I can do, do you do it while it's still hot?

Could you boil it today and bake it in the morning otherwise I'd wrap it in foil too.

Must be the weekend for ham, I've bought a big one this morning. Feeding the inlaws as usual.

'POD in feeding the inlaws shocker' ?

We're having a little tea party for the Wizzster's bday tomorrow, so am trying to do as much as I can tonight. The dining room is all Dora The Explorer'd up, just need to keep her out of it now ?

    Thanks both ?

I feel like I'm running a ruddy in-law catering business. I've done tea and cake today for inlaws and an aunt-inlaw!

Can't believe Wizzy is 2, where has the time gone from sitting in that mexican restaurant?? Hope tomorrow goes well, have you got both families coming over?
