We were getting married in May 2020. We had already sent out invitations in October 2019 and received all our RSVPS back by February. So, now we have 58 guests attending our wedding which, of course there is a strong possibility they all won't be able to come.
We have a wedding website and I intend on keeping guests in the loop with what is happening as most people we have spoken to have assumed we will be postponing again, which we aren't (unless a ban on weddings is still in place).
I'm looking for how to word an email to all our guests to inform them we still plan to go ahead in May and hope we can see them all on our special day but want them to understand that we may have to make some very last minute decisions on our guest list.
We also have people coming from abroad (Goa, Canada and Bahrain), so would like them to inform us as soon as possible if they would just like to watch from home as we plan to do a live stream if we cannot go ahead as planned.
