Hello all,

I'm planning our wedding for summer next year, but have struggled finding any venues that allow you to play music after 23:00/00:00. As we will have family and friends coming from all around the world, we want to spend as much time together as possible, and can't imagine having to send everyone home that early. Does anyone know of venues around London/Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire that allow you to celebrate a bit longer?

Unfortunately I can't remember the site I found in my frenzied search for a venue, think it was called London venues. Think you can filter a search for finishing times, if not it usually states closing time and if it can be extended. There's usually a fee as they need to apply to the local authority for an extension, think you can extend to 1/2am at most venues. Failing that you may be able to hire a bar or club.

My friend had her reception at the Lamb Tavern in Leadenhall Market. The main parts of the reception was held in the pub, and then they have a private basement bar which those who wanted to party until the early hours went down to about 11pm.
