Augustwedding13, 22 of July of 2013 at 11:51 Posted on Planning 0 3

Any already married hired a LED starlit floor?

They look amazing and I am really considering but they a bit pricey and was wondering if they are worth the money!

I have one booked and I will be able to tell you after the 3rd!

There are some pics on the website i am hiring it from showing how it looks, except mine is going to be enormous because we are having a ceilidh so it will be 18foot by 14 foot!

I am not having disco lighting, just uplighters around the room, so thought this would jazz it up.

I've worked many evenings with a twinkly floor..... I love them! You won't be disappointed!

    Hi there

They're obviously one of those luxury, non-essential items for when you find you have something left in your budget but, in terms of 'wow factor' and having something that most of your guests won't have seen before I don't think there's anything better!

Generally you'll be looking at around the £500 - £600 mark for a night's hire which will include delivery, set up and collection. Obviously that's far from cheap but they cost many thousands to buy, need to be really thoroughly cleaned after every use and are very difficult to transport due to their really heavy weight - I believe it's a van with a winch job!

    Hope this is helpful

    James
