Linking account with spouse

We can’t figure out how to link our hitched accounts. When my partner set it up it tried to do it then but the link didn’t work. Since then she’s been unable to find in the app how to resend link to link our hitch accounts. Can anyone shed any light on where in the app that is please or talk us thru the steps to linking our hitch account
