Linking guests after importing from spreadsheet

Hi! I ran into the same issue when I imported my guest list from a spreadsheet. After importing, I couldn’t figure out how to link guests to their plus-ones or assign them to groups properly either.

What worked for me was going back into the guest management section and first making sure every person was listed individually. Then I used the “edit” option next to each name to manually assign plus-ones or group them. It took a little time but once done it stuck.

Also check whether your spreadsheet columns match exactly with the forum’s import fields. Sometimes if “plus-one” or “group” columns aren’t labeled correctly, the system just ignores them.
