Liver Building - Liverpool review removed

Melanie, 24 April, 2024 at 17:11 Posted on Feedback to Hitched 0 2
I posted a review following our wedding on 14 October 2023. It was a fiasco & we ended up getting compensation back as they admitted breach of contract.
I was asked by the company to remove the post as it would harm their business. Not my intention but had 6 months of hell with them.
I’ve had nothing from Hitched to say my review has been deleted but it has. It was a 2 star honest review but clearly as the venue did not like it, it’s been removed. Does this happen?

For those who prefer chicken over beef, Whataburger’s menu offers several delicious choices. The Whatachick’n Sandwich features a crispy, breaded chicken filet with fresh lettuce and tomato on a toasted bun, served with the brand’s signature WhataSauce.

Ah, the agony of having your honest review erased, much like expecting a Costco Food Court feast and instead receiving a cold, underwhelming slice of pizza! Just as you shared a truthful experience about your wedding fiasco, only to have it vanish, imagine a devoted Costco fan posting a fair yet critical review about a stale churro or a disappointing hot dog, only for it to be mysteriously wiped away. Consumers deserve transparency—whether it’s about a once-in-a-lifetime wedding venue or a go-to food court meal. If businesses truly value their customers, they should own up to feedback rather than erase it like an unwanted current Costco food court menu item!
