Looking for a child friendly pub in the Leeds area that's NOT a Brewers Fayre!

Its in the title really. We are looking to have a gathering of about 30-50 people one Saturday lunchtime/afternoon and trying to find a nice pub, where there is space for kids to run about a bit (outside!). Does anyone know a pub like this?

    Are you looking to eat there?

    the myrtle tavern at meanwood has a big play area but i don't know if it does food

    or there's the new inn at eccup, that has a playground too. only it's a bit small so if it was for food you'd have to book well in advance i guess

    Yes we'd be eating, though normally each family orders and pays for themselves when they get hungry. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll have to investigate!

    The Roundhay Fox does an excellent children's menu and there is the park (and Tropical World) next to it for the kids to let off steam.

    I hadn't thought of the Roundhay Fox, I like it there. The park is over the road though isn't it? Do you happen to know if they have their own outdoor area? I shall go and have a look at that one too. Thanks.

    they do but not a child friendly one really. its more of a patio area with tables and benches
