Looking for a wedding planner to help with a micro wedding

Hi,

I'm looking for a wedding planner to help with planning my <20 guest micro wedding. I have the venue picked out (restaurant dining room), but need help coordinating all else (transportation, photographer, some decorating). Given the size of the wedding, I think a budget of £15k is quite reasonable so ideally I'd like to connect with a planner that can be pretty affordable given my needs and size. For context, I am in California, so the planning help would be very much appreciated given we've picked out a restaurant in London.

I'm also open to freelancers or newer planners!
