Looking for Table Plan inspiration

We are hanging card panels using our colour ribbon onto willow type branches. Something like this:

Mine will look a bit like this, will be printing it all out, mounting the boxes into blue card and then assembling it in a plain clip photo-frame for displaying

Weve brought a fake blossom tree its perfect? were gonna hang ours off that, were getting marrid at ringwood hall and the entrance has blossom trees.

Thinking of getting a Fabric covered pin board and using over sized pins or hooks to then hang the table details on like the tree above but on little hooks. That way they can be changed at the last minute without taking it all apart.

I think we're going to do escort cards rather than a table plan just for a bit of fun and I rather like these but probably in floral colours to go with our colour scheme...

We're having a big chalkboard - something along these lines:

Ive bought a frame like this from The Range at £6.99 and will mount navy blue and ivory card with butterflies like this (thicker navy border):

Then i can keep the frame after ?

I love the blackboard idea, i'm a teacher and want to have mini blackboards (although ive never taught using a blackboard) dont think mini-white boards will have the same effect!

We're having the above, but if I hadn't already bought everything I would SO be stealing that Knees!

We're struggle to find something we both like although saw an article in an edition of the Wedding Ideas magazine on table plans which used the guests' baby photos for their place-setting. I can't find the exact pic but it was something like this:

We would like to get a frame similar to the gold one in the pic but in black...do you think we've had any luck with this? No! If anyone knows where we might be able to get one, I would be VERY grateful!
