I’m not familiar with the shop but is it possible they’ve replied to your requests via email and they’ve gone into your spam/junk folder? It could be worth checking.


If they are really bad at communicating though you should consider whether you do want to spend money with them. It could just be a blip, or it could be a sign that they are difficult to get hold of and this could cause issues with booking fittings and alterations for your dress.

I brought my dress from there and they were soooo good. I just filled in the request an appointment form on the website and they came back to me really quick.
I would 100% recommend persevering, they have such nice dresses.

Thank you everyone. The reason they were not responding was because their store closed down in manchester. I managed to get appoitment in their london store.
