Low cost (but nice!) venues in/around Manchester/Cheshire?

Not sure if it might be too far away for you but have a look at Windy Harbour Farm Hotel in Glossop, Derbyshire.

We've just got married there, 50 day guest and 80 for the evening and it cost around £2000.

I'm sure Hollin Hall had a deal on groupon last week x

Mercure do a £3k package. They have a few around cheshire and manchester.

My sister got married at the Tytherington club this year. They were reasonable. Hollin Hall also worth a look. Hotels with packages are your best bet for the budget you are on but there are some nice ones about

The Windmill Inn at Tabley was where we had our reception but you would need somewhere to get married- Tabley House is near and beautiful.

I think daresbury park do a package offer.

Went to wedding reception here a few weeks ago, not sure how much our friends paid but food was great as was the bar and the space in general

Our reception is at the tytherington club, we found it reasonable it's a plain room but has lovely views across the golf course x

We've booked to go and look at Tytherington Club. Has anyone any experience of Ryecroft Hall? Apparently they have a new events team or something and they don't have their room hire fees yet.
