Make-up and hair in Gloucestershire, help please!

Hi,

I'm getting married on 27th October and not being at all local to our venue (Clearwell Castle, in gloucestershire) I'm really struggling to find someone who doesn't charge the earth to do hair and make up. Does anyone know anyone they could recommend? I need someone to do mine, and the 3 bridesmaids hair, and then make up for me and a bridesmaid. I think my Mum may want her hair and make up done too.

    Hi so sorry, didn't realise my last post posted as a blank!

    As clearwell is, depending where you are coming from, the Welsh Side of the Bridge, you may find looking at South Wales Suppliers more useful ie Newport, Chepstow, even Cardiff. I'm based in Cardiff now, but grew up south glos/north bristol.

    My MUA is Cardiff based, shes also a really good friend, but does travel, http://www.victoria-valentine.com/ and very reasonably priced.

    I also have a friend who works in South Gloucestershire at a salon, not sure if they travel though http://www.troupersbeauty.co.uk/

    Or if you look on facebook for Emma Claire's Hair Boutique she does hair and has just taken on a MUA i know she travels locally, not sure about 'over the bridge' but if you're struggling shes def a reasonable price and i know a lot of people who have had or are using her.

    I live in Gloucester and have an amazing mobile hairdresser, Aimee McDonnell http://aimeemcdonnellhairdressing.com/ - she is the best hairdresser I've ever had and her up-dos are awesome! I am sure she could also recommend a MUA if you got in touch with her.
