Maldives honeymoon august

Hi there,


Me and my fiancé are getting married in 2 years in the summer and we want to go to the Maldives for our honeymoon. But everyone keeps saying it’s off season in august and the weather is mixed. Has anyone been during this time or know someone who has to confirm this?

    Maldives weather in August can be touch and go, it could be very overcast and risk of rain but you could also be lucky and have perfect weather!

    Best time to go would be from November - April.

    August is one of the wettest months of the year but you'll still get lots of sun at this time. You'll have less rain if you're in the north due to the south.
