Mallorca wedding advice?

We have selected Son Brull hotel in Pollensa, and i was wondering if anyone else had got married here as the photos on their Facebook book and website are limited. We will...

Im getting married in Majorca in September this year (2013). I chose Majorca having spent every summer there since i was born... We have selected Son Brull hotel in Pollensa, and i was wondering if anyone else had got married here as the photos on their Facebook book and website are limited. We will be having a civil ceremony in the UK before heading out to Majorca to have a blessing... having never been witness to a blessing... is it pretty much the same as a civil ceremony?

Also does anyone have any suggestions for florists or wedding car hire out there?

    Hi sorry I've only just seen this I used a local woman in puerto pollensa who runs a nails and make up place and then a local hair salon for the hair x

    Hello!

    Indeed we did have a really, really lovely day. Deià is one of the best places in the world, so for a wedding it is pure bliss.
    My brother-in-law actually shot our wedding video as a wedding gift for us. He is brilliant at his job so I would highly recommend him. Although he is based in Ireland I know he does quite a few destination weddings so it would definitely be worth contacting him for a quote.     I know Son Brull! Never been but stayed nearby. What a lovely place to get married!!

    I love Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa. Returning for hols this year.

    Hi,

    this might be a bolt out of the blue since you got married 4 years ago now but Im considering getting married at Son Brull hotel, however I am struggling to visualise where the ceremony would be held. Do you have any photographs of your wedding you would be willing to share with me?

    I would also be really grateful to receive any advice at all that you can give me.

    Hi everyone,

    I have just been reading some posts and seen that people are getting answers to questions I have going around in my head ? It is really difficult trying to find a good supplier when you are new to Mallorca. I am getting married here too and wondered if anybody knew of any good photographers and videographers? I'm thinking it may be easier to find someone on the island but that may not be the cheaper option.

    Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
