malta wedding paperwork

Is anyone getting married in Malta soon? I sent my paperwork off on the 30th of march as I had to wait for the witness paperwork to come back with the apostilies on. My tracking is saying it’s still at Heathrow airport! Royal Mail on the phone said it’s in Malta and Malta is saying it’s in the uk! It’s 6 weeks Monday!!!
