Hey,
I'm getting married in March 22 and wondering if anyone else is getting hitched around the same date and looking for a healthy diet and exercise accountability club.
I'm an okay-ish weight - about 13 or so stone on a 6ft frame - but I'm very conscious of some unwanted extra flesh around my tummy and hips and generally wanting to feel my best on the big day. I don't have a goal weight per se, but I want to hold myself accountable to a healthy diet (lots of fruit and veg, mostly vegetarian, minimal pre-packaged food) and exercise plan (x 3 a week).
Open to advice but also anyone else in Spring 22 who wants an accountability buddy, jump on in!
