Marrow and courgette inspiration needed.....

Just been to my local market and picked up two massive bags of veg for a fiver including a huge marrow and a load of courgettes. I am now looking for recs as to what to do with them. I have no idea what to do with a marrow - do i peel it?

help please! i'd really like to make them interesting

    Marrow soup is nice or you can mash it You can roast it I think as well Abel and cole are normally pretty good for what to do with veg..

    I've never cooked (or eaten for that matter) a marrow, but this is what I'm planning to do with mine

    You can peel and deseed marrows, then grate in processor - put in colander with weight on top until excess water drains away (can salt to draw out more liquid, but remember to rinse and dry).
