I am pretty new to all of this, have helped at many a wedding and been a bridesmaid but it's all very different when it is your own. I got engaged on Xmas eve and we are hoping to get married Aug 2015. I thought I had plenty of time but a little worried now reading all of these posts - I thought I was the most organised person ever - clearly not haha!!
I would like my theme to be a darkish red colour (wine colour) with a hint of gold thrown in and my bridesmaid's dresses to be this red colour. What colour or type of jewellery can I put with this that will go with my theme? I don't really want silver or black. I could have gold but does some of the costume stuff look a bit cheap? (Can't afford real gold accessories for everyone). Would pearls work?
Also what shoes can they wear??? Gold?
