I really don't think it would look odd without the jacket. As long as your partner is happy with what they will be wearing that's all that matters - often, the jackets are only kept on during photos and formalities anyway.

I Love a bit of Shein! can be hit and miss, I would really take time to look at reviews in terms of sizing, quality and fit but as Kim said, is worth a go, and returns are super easy with them so if you have time then give it a go
