message to engrave on grooms gift.

I am going to order my groom a pocket watch and just cant decide what to put on it.

Do i go for his initials on the front and just the date on the back or do i put a message on it? I found 'Our Love Is Timeless' which works as it's a watch but is that nice or a bit cheesy?!?

    I think thats lovely ? you could always out that and the date of your wedding underneath?

    I will be doing something similar on OH watch. I thinkit depends on you personally as a couple i.e. for some people they may find it to much to have a little message as well.

    Personally id go for it ? think its a lovely idea.

    Why not go for something like See you at (time of wedding) love your bride. then your name that way when people see it they will know it was a wedding pressie

    I wanted to get my OH's watch engraved but there wasn't enough space!!!

    I was going to have "meet you at the church, 12.30pm"

    I think its a lovely idea Smiley smile My OH would like a pocket watch too and I think I'll have the wedding date on it with "for all time" underneath.

    I've bought a pocket watch too! I've had "I'll love you 'till the end" engraved on it. It is sort of a 'watchy' reference and its also the name of our first dance and 'our song'
    I little cheesey i know, but if you cant be cheesey on your wedding day, when can you? Smiley tongue

    Ive had "Dont be Late!" on H2B's - its usually me thats late and its his fav saying to me!!
