Just thought Id post my diary of meals really. Im new and feel like it might help me stay on track if I have to have to post it everyday!
Yesterday Tusday 5th
Breakfast -none (Bad I know)
Lunch- Noodles and vegetables
Apple
Dinner - Omelette with cottage cheese and tomatoes
3 rich tea biscuits
7 space ship sweets
Low cal jelly and pinapple
Orange and apple
Lots of water.
Today Wednesday 6th Jan
Breakfast- 3 large carrots
Lunch- Large salard and table spoon of colslaw
Two low cal hot chocolates
Dinner-Chicken, peas and tomatoes (Wierd but all I had in!)
8 space ship sweets
Bannana
Thats my post really. HOpe everyone is well and trying to stay on track in this cold, sad weather.
