They are very cheap!

Could it be that the bags are last seasons or the less popular colours that haven't sold so well and so they've been able to pick them up at a very cheap price to sell on?

I am disappointed that they haven't got the Mulberry bag I liked in the colour I wanted

That said, I can't find a phone number anywhere on their website, nor an address which makes me a bit suspicious - it's difficult to tell what country they are in. The exchange and refunds page is written in strange english which is obviously not native tongue.

I wonder if they are in China and copying the bags?

I'm a bit suspicious of how they can sell these so unbelievably cheaply.... having said that, if they were fakes then the relevant designers would have prosecuted them for fraud.
