Really need to rant! So it was H2b birthday the other day and we went out to food with his family. I ask his mum if she had started to look at dresses and she said yes she had found a lovely white navy and pink floral dress! I was so gobsmacked as I had previously told her on several occasions that My mum has her dress in white navy and pink floral design. I know I need to bring this up. But we've already not seen eye to eye over a few things. But I can't help but think it's really rude.

Oh dear, sort you are having MIL stress! Maybe ask your H2B to have a word and explain again you mum has her outfit already and that she may want to rethink as you wouldn't want them to feel awkward on the day. Maybe suggest some colours that would suit her and compliment your scheme? God luck
