Hi Everyone,
I have recently booked my wedding, not till July 2013 so i have a good 18 months to go but am currently a size 14 and want to be a 10 so im assuming i will need to loose 2 - stone. I know i can do it as i have done it before and kept the weight off.
I know the best way to do it is eating healthy and gym and i am a member of a gym and do enjoy going, however, over the winter my work schedule is crazy(seasonal work)and with the hours i am doing and the overtime im trying to earn i am shattered by the time i get home.
Does anyone have any tips on little things that can help? As in good foods to eat? Someone has told me mustard brns a lot of fat etc.
Any ideas?? Anyone else need to be loosing about the same amount of weight in same timescale etc x
