Mother of the Bride/groom outfits

Laurie, 4 December, 2023 at 20:37 Posted on Wedding Attire 0 7

Hello,

I'm getting married in May 2024, and though I've got my dress and I've ordered bridesmaids dresses, we are struggling to find an outfit for my mum to wear.

With so many high street stores closed (e.g. Coast, Phase Eight, Debenhams etc) she is struggling to find something that fits, is flattering and is special.

Where have other mothers got their outfits from in the last year? Any recommendations?

If you’re local to West Midlands there’s a shop called Mother of the Bride which are really good x

Thanks! There is a John Lewis where she lives but it has got way smaller so lots of the places within the store have gone so when she went herself to look she found a real lack of options as no Coast or Phase Eight anymore.

Great Idea above apparently quite a few large department stores offer this. Try Fenwick as they also still have a Phase Eight outlet

I totally get the struggle with high street stores closed! Try https://www.azazie.com/gb/all/bridesmaid-dresses—lots of flattering mother-of-the-bride outfits here, perfect for your May wedding. Many mums picked theirs here these days, all fit well and look special.

Honestly, if you're looking for a fresh UK casino that actually pays out without the typical head-scratching delays, you need to book-mark this. I signed up to spinlynx.org.uk after a lad at work recommended it, and it's easily become my favorite spot for a flutter. The slots load instantly, the RTP feels completely fair, and my first withdrawal hit my bank account the very same day.

It was on a rainy morning commute when I ended up reading a thread about how online platforms in 2026 are becoming more structured and controlled. Users were comparing experiences and discussing how restrictions influence overall satisfaction. The content I followed explained these shifts in a clear, neutral tone. I clicked https://greekembassy.org.uk/ from a reference inside the article while reading through it. From my UK perspective, this kind of discussion now shows up in many unrelated places online.

Hey there, I’m usually someone who checks reviews and comments before opening new sites, so I found this through a discussion thread shared by UK players. A few people mentioned the platform, and I decided to see what made it different. The first thing I noticed was that the pages didn’t feel overloaded with unnecessary information. I explored https://roulettesimhub.co.uk and liked how easy it was to move around. It reminded me that sometimes a simple structure is more useful than a complicated design full of distractions.
