Moving guests into evening reception only

Hello,


We inputted our guestlist using a spreadsheet but all have automatically been put into ceremony. How do we move them into evening reception only without deleting them and re-assigning? Is there a way to do this in bulk?
Any help would be much appreciated!

    The only way I know is to go in to each person's profile and untick ceremony box, is a pain!

    Moving guests into evening reception only 1

    Hi, How do you do this. For example on this person auto-inputted using a link or spreadsheet it just only has ceremony. Do you how I would move them to evening only for example? Where is the box to uncheck? Sorry if I am missing something very obvious!

    Oh not sure on auto input as I added mine manually. Normally in overview tab(not the individual event tab) you can go in to each person and there are boxes and you untick. Sorry I can't help, hopefully someone from hitched will see and reply

    Please could you also post instructions to switch guests from Ceremony to Evening Reception on the website rather than the app? It doesn’t seem as easy as you’d expect! Thanks!
