Mums wedding dress re-made

Hi,
My mum and I are hoping to re-make her wedding dress into a dress for me to wear the night before my wedding. We’d like it completely re-made into a shorter dress with a new top (it currently has a bodice top that doesn’t fit me as I have tiny boobs).
I was just wondering if anyone else has done this and has recommendations for seamstresses who does this?My mum lives in Surrey and I live near Stansted so any recommendations nearby or in London would be really helpful!Thank you
