My OH & I sat last night trying to find music for 1) the guests to go into 2) music for the bridal party 3) the signing of the register & 4) the recessional & it got me thinking that it might be really useful if we started a thread so brides can take a look on just one thread for inspiration. So if you think this is a good idea please post your music and it might be really helpful to others (including me!) X

    We struggled with music.

    1 we're having a selection of our favourite songs that have meaning to us but by vitamin string quartet

    2 i've choosen a thousand years but the piano guys version

    3 - we've gone for 2 songs for signing the register ed sheeram kiss me and damien rice blowers daughter

    4 we're walking out to ellie goulding how long will i love you

    It is a lovely idea and we did this on our website but you know how guests are reluctant to RSVP.....?

    We got about 4 replies and one of those was h2b.

    Not getting married until 2017, but music is a massive part of my life, so I've already started thinking about tunes.

    Entrance (shortlist! Lol):

    Bizet - Au fond du temple saint (Pearl fishers duet) - my fave choice, if I can find/edit a suitable arrangement

    I've also briefly toyed with using the Tetris theme or some ocarina music from something like Legend of Zelda (OH and I are big geeks lol)

    Signing the Register:

    I'm probably going to ask my friend to sing (she's a professional), and choose the tracks in discussion with her. Possibly At Last I See the Light (Tangled) and Because You Loved Me (Celine Dion), or maybe something else that she recommends.

    Exit:

    Only one choice - Too good to be true - it has to be this one because OH sings it to me all the time. ❤️
