My cousin said i look ugly during a relative's wedding (Photo)?

Growing up i have always had some self-esteem issue and well i'm really curious if i really am liek what he said, i know im not 'that' ugly even if i am but a second opinion from people i dont know wouldn't hurt, so here i am asking for your opinion. the first 2 pics are how i look like in the wedding and the 3rd one is how i usually look like.

please no mean answers, if you cant say anythign nice just go away.
