My Engagement Party (with pics)

I had my engagement party last friday which my mum kindly organised for me. Everything is purple because that's the colour theme for the wedding (hopefully).


as me and Delicious pointed out, 'wow it looks like a proper wedding table' much to our delight lol


the cake's on top spelt out mine and OH's names and they taste amazing!!! still have 2 left screaming to be eaten



my dad doing a speech which my mum wrote for him, but he assured me he wont let mum do this for him on the wedding day

sorry the pics are quite big but i didn't know how to make them smaller

    And your pics are a good size!

    If you ever wonder about changing size; click on the pic in the window and you'll see the cursors around the picture come up allowing you to crop your pic by moving it inwards etc...

    Thanks guys =) mum did all the decorations. i was surprised my OH really liked the purple theme colour. thought it'd take more pursuading.

    my dress was supposed to be like £40 but i got it for £18 in the january sales =) it was the 1st time i'd worn it. thanks for the advice on how to change sizes as well, i'll have a play around next time i post pics =)

    Thankyou. i wish she would set up a party/planning business because she's really good at things like this. and she can find funny and soppy poems/stories for any event. she really is fab! i told her if i get too stressed out she might have a wedding nudged her way lol
