Names on invites and seating plans etc

Sophiehannah, 10 September, 2022 at 09:31 Posted on Planning 0 3
Hi everyone,
It is 9months till we get married and we want to do all our invites this weekend. My question is in regards to family members for example....if i write the invite for my Mum and Dad, Nanna & Granadad and aunts and uncles do i write that or thier actual names? And same again for name cards for tables and the seating plans??
Many thanks x

You would write their actual names. The exception might be for table plans and place cards, where immediate family & those in the wedding party are described by their titles, so 'maid of honour', 'mother of the groom', 'father of the bride', 'best man' etc. But they would still have their names on invites.

    Hey,

I put Mam and Dad on their invite. I will use their names on the seating chart.
