  I believe they can state it at the beginning and then use first names but I’m not sure. It might be best to contact your registry office to check! X

  Ours used our first names throughout the ceremony, the only part they have to use your middle name is the legal bit, so the "do you xxxx take xxx" as it has to match your legal given name on the certificate
