Nausea with PMT?

Ive felt nauseous a few days before period arrives for the last 3-4 months. This is a fairly new symptom - does anyone else get this and what do you do to help?

Oh yes. I then get really paranoid that I'm pregnant and it's morning sickness, despite being on the pill?

The pill makes it slighly better for me, but apart from that I just grin and bear it. Unfortunately stodgy food and flat coke seems to help settle things - which seems a bit counter intuitive. Surely if I'm nauseous I shouldn't want to eat???

I get parnoid too (although im not on the pill) - im never sick, just feel nauseous.. Why do we have to put up with this! ?
