Hi all!
I'm not sure what to do, I want to lose weight until the wedding (August 2021) and I have plenty of time but I don't know how to start! I keep tripping and snacking and eating junk ? it almost feels like a habit. I'm not overweight or very fat, I am a size 14 but want to get back to my sie 10 ?? what do i do? It seems and feels almost impossible!
