Nigella's Glitzy Chocolate Puddings....

DeniseM, 4 July, 2008 at 10:38 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 6

From Nigella Express. Has anyone made them and if so are they any good?

Also can they be made in advance and then warmed through?

TIA

I'm bouncing this as I know I never look on page 3 ?

Can anyone help? I have a ton of chocolate in my cupboards waiting to be baked with or eaten ( and I've already eaten 2 of the crunchie bars that are meant for the topping)?

    ?

I tell you what you should do. Make them this weekend, post them to me and I'll do a report on Monday for you. How's that? ?

No idea, sorry, but if you post the recipe I'd be happy to advise re reheating.

Right, I wouldn't reheat them as they'll go rubbery and also sink. You can make them up to the point where the mixture is in the ramekins, then fridge. Have the crunchies pre-bashed and the glaze ingredients measured out, then you just have to put the puds in the oven (allowing a couple of extra minutes' cooking time as they'll be cold) and nuke the glaze.
