Nightmare 10 days before wedding

Haz, 23 August, 2022 at 12:17 Posted on Planning 0
Our wedding planning has gone so smoothly up to now and 10 days before our wedding my OH has tested positive for COVID. This means that she can't go to the hairdressers on Thursday, so we need to try and get them to squeeze her in on the morning of the wedding.

I met my mother for lunch on Saturday and she told me that my uncle and auntie aren't well enough to travel and that my other auntie had arranged to give lifts to people who weren't even invited.
Our dog has been ill so we haven't been able to get her groomed and we aren't sure whether she will be well enough to come to our wedding at all.
I'm just so terrified of testing positive myself now. We have to test for work but I was ill last week so I'm hoping I've already had it. I have so many appointments booked next week that I don't know what I will do if I test positive this week.
We have a policy with COVID insurance but I don't think I could cope with the stress of rearranging everything and I am ready to be married now.
I know there is nothing anyone can do about any of this. I just needed to let it out and OH is already feeling guilty (for no reason.)
