Norfolk registrars - how far in advance to book?

My OH and I are set on booking a venue in Norfolk for 2023 but im wondering if anyone knows how far in advance Norfolk registrars can be booked? The venue we want is on their approved list but I cant get this info out of them!

I think you can pay to register and secure your date at any point but you can’t “give notice” until 12 months before.
