I'm newly engaged, and hoping to get married in September 2014, so I've been doing quite a few wedding viewings recently and finding it tough to find the ideal venue! I've narrowed it down to Slieve Donard (Chandelier Room - expecting about 130 people) or Galgorm upstairs in the Great Hall. Struggling a bit as I loved the Slieve Donard but a bit worried that because the bar is outside the room the room itself might end up emptying into the bar; the Galgorm was lovely but there's the chance you'll bump into another bride and also they're about to do a refurb, which while I'm sure it'll be beautiful its hard to know for 100% certainty I'll end up liking! Anyone getting married in either / been to either recently that they could give any tips? Thanks!!
