Archer has been a little pain in the bum, he always is when we come back from anywhere, I think hes excited to see us again but acts like a ejit to show it. Ahhh the good old kitty punches, i get them, archers also slapped me across the face before (no claws) was pretty funny! ?

Its actually going pretty well, only waiting on 18 total now, I think we will have to take down our numbers but hey, more money saving for us. Some people who have said no have said no for a petty reasons (long story, i may tell you one day hahaha!) but not many left and we have told them we need them by tomorrow. Mainly because we have no spare time this month and the numbers have to be in next month and sod chasing that close hahaha! ?

I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT MY HEN DO!! ? If only my headache would go....! hahaha! My girlies were mentioning tshirts yesterday so a little excited to see them!

Lui - it's nearly your hen do, how exciting! My OH has his stag in a couple of weeks, I'm a bit scared. Hope he comes back in one piece.

On the RSVP front I haven't got an exact amount I just know of a few on the top off my head I know haven't replied. I haven't had time to do any chasing yet as we've been sorting out house stuff. Turns out moving is as stressful as they say. I keep waking up in the middle of the night with massive anxiety over it all. The wedding is actually quite tame in comparison! I brought it on myself so I can't complain.

Lui - I can't blame you for not doing it next year, getting home at midnight and then going to work the next day sounds horrible. Definitely stay home if he wants to do it again!

Ooohh cats can be little monsters can't they! Your quite right though, he'll soon realise he's hungry and you'll be his best friend again.

Are your migraines stress related? I only ask cause I've noticed the ones I'm getting always go away on Sundays (which are dedicated no work/house work/wedding days).
So it might be that yours will go away on your hen do as you'll be all happy and stress free in your awesome pink chair

Lui - could the migraines be triggered by a particular food? I used to suffer badly and narrowed it down to oranges. Hope they ease up for you and that you have a fab hen do.

AnnaMolly - I feel your pain over house moving. We've had several viewings but so far no offers (just stupid reasons like the garden has a slight slope). Doesn't look like we're going to get moved before September now which is a pain as wanted to get moved so son would start a new school year in the new school :-/

Wedding news from my side...

All RSVPs are in for the day invites - not too worried about the evening ones tbh.

OH's suit hire arranged through Slaters - navy Prince Edward suit with ivory/gold waistcoat and cravat.

Son's suit has arrived (eBay bargain) and is lovely.

We're off on holiday for a week on Friday which will be great - a cruise on the the new P&O ship - will have to try not to eat too much lol.

And in other news, had a late invite to be a volunteer for the Rugby World Cup - will be based at the Millennium Stadium. Have had some training already and have been given my kit (fits well and is very nice) - had to reject one shift as it was my wedding day lol. Will be there for 8 shifts (mostly non-match days) :-)

And yes moving is a massive pain in the arse. I don't know if it helps or not but when we've been to see houses the estate agent has pressured us for feedback and I honestly have nothing to say other than its a nice house but it just wasn't 'the one' for us, nothing specific! I bet the people must think we're idiots!

AnnaMolly – Big hugs but hey think of it this way, you are getting two of the most stressful things out of the way now so things afterwards will be a breeze!! ?

LMP – I honestly think they are, they have started to happen when I’m tired and too much is going on. I think its too much for my little brain to deal with. I’ve stocked up on painkillers to help when I’m away so hopefully I can catch it and get rid of it! ?

I'm back again!

i can't keep up! I'm out the country with work too much and then I'm jetlagged and looking after a baby! Plus since they have redone hitched posts are really hard! I've my phone uses autocorrect and I want to change it back, I can't type anything after I've deleted something. So after 5 attempts of writing a post I tend to give up!

we have 83 days to go! We had out RSVP deadline on Saturday and we heard from everyone apart from one couple. It was a dying friendship anyway to be honest and the invite was only extended out of politeness so I haven't chased them, I'm just assuming they aren't coming. We have just sat and done out table plan so I feel slightly relieved

The next thing to tackle is the order of service. I'm dreading it!! My fiancé works long hours and so do I. We are basically like a tag team for childcare for our son at the moment so I feel like I'm nagging him when I ask him to things for the wedding but this really needs to be done. I would be happy with a blackboard at the front of the church but we aren't allowed!

My flowers have arrived. I ordered foam flowers and I love them! If you see them up close you can see they aren't real but from a distance they look amazing :-) my bridesmaid dresses are all sorted, they just need taking up and one is being changed to a corset back as my beautiful friend will be 7 months pregnant by then, eek!!

most of the big things are sorted. I need to find evening shoes. I want red sparkly ones but they need to be flat. I just can't find any for a reasonable price.

Im putting bridesmaid bags together. I've had personalised bags made and I've put miniature bottles of alcohol in there, lip balm, an evening bag, lipgloss, nail varnish, chocolates, a necklace and earrings. I'm also planning to put a hangover kit in there, face mask and a scratch card. They have also got beautiful heart umbrellas in our wedding colours in case it rains on the day.

Not sure what else there is to report! I have seen a few posts and it seems things are ticking along nicely! Not long now ladies!!xx

LMP- those first pair of shoes are perfect!! Thank you so much! I looked on etsy and couldn't see anything. My day shoes are just like them but with heels.

Yep things have been hectic but no worse than other working mum who's organising a wedding! On a plus I'm not sure if you remember me saying about my fiancés family being difficult? Well it seems to have been put aside for now and they have decided to come to the wedding. I'm happy they will be there as I know it means a lot to my fiancé.

Ive got 3 of my bridesmaids coming round tomorrow night. I told them I would make them a roast dinner as one is home from Liverpool and we need a catch up. I've just thrown in that they will be decorating glass jars. Haha! I don't think we will have time to do all of them but at least we can make a start. I'm also going to hobby craft tomorrow after work to ask about pumpkin paint. We want to spray them gold and put polka dots in them then put lights inside them. Simple and cost effective centre pieces :-)

I think my fiancé is going to design our order of service then take it to staples to be printed. We did the for our invites and it was much cheaper than a regular printers. It's all coming together and I'm very excited!!xx
