OH and I were sorting it all out on Saturday (yes, he was helping...I was stunned!) texting and sending people messages on FaceBook confirming numbers and prices. Everyone agreed to pay us by today, and it was understood that if they didn't they wouldn't be going.
OH's brother decided that he was special and would pay OH on the day. Luckily OH stood his ground and said no, if everyone else was paying in advance then his brother had to as well.
Cue a horrible rant from the brother, basically him calling me a cow (!!) and is now refusing to go to the stag ?
Can't even deal with that right now ...

I definitely want to do an October OM London meet up, that would be so much fun!

I live near Newcastle and had my hen do there last weekend, it's a fab nightout!

Booked our honeymoon/holiday at the weekend. Week in Rhodes, just me, OH and our son - it was a bargain considering it's half term! We get hitched on the 21st, fly out the next day. I CANNOT wait. I need a break so badly. I work twilights at a supermarket and run my own little cleaning business during the day, so am shattered most of the time! x

Hey ladies! I had a fab hen weekend thanks, Newcastle is great! Suffering today though and feel like I'm getting a cold!

We went for dinner and then out on Friday night but someone got a little too drunk so I struggled on Saturday! We did cocktail making in the afternoon and then went out again! So glad I booked today off work!!

I'm ok, just a bit all over the place as my Granddad had a fall on Friday and is back in the hospital. I wasnt here, I was visiting my OH family at the time so really just worried all weekend. Went to see him yesterday and hes just looking sorry for himself but getting there. ☹️

I've got my dress fitting on Saturday and just feeling super frumpy at the moment, feel light I've put loads of weight on which I know I havent as I've lost like 5lb in the last 2 weeks but just feeling like a fattie right now! I think its down to not running in like 4 weeks because of how busy I have been. I'm going to try and bring my food in as I went a bit wild at the weekend at OH (i think it was mainly stress eating). Hopefully that goes ok but I shall keep you posted.

I've got quite a few bits and bobs to do but I really cant be arsed at the moment! Someone kick on sense and force into me please?

I was quite impressed with how OH stood up for me, he doesn't like having cross words but he certainly did the other night!
Doesn't matter anyway now, he's not going and quite a few of OH's friends are pleased by that ... speaks volumes about what sort of person he is if you ask me.
Have booked the go-karting side of things for OH today, and my awesome dad is going to get the ice hockey tickets and hopefully hire a mini bus to drive all the guys around ?

God its like familys enjoy throwing spanners in the works and right now brothers are doing it. Its a long story with mine but lets just say OH brother is in hot water with a lot of people.

I may of eaten a lot of chocolate and calmed down by watching 2 films on my day off. Although now because I’ve had a day off i feel more tired than before. I believe I may hit the crying stage too soon, well more frequent crying stage just because im so tired.

Hope everyone's doing ok today.

I've had the photographs back from my pre-shoot, I should hopefully be able to flash them tomorrow if I can get them onto my work computer. I don't like most of them so I am seriously freaking out now that I'll hate my wedding photos ?
I know that the TOG hasn't edited any of the photos as he did do it for free (cause he's nice) so I'm hoping that since our wedding photos will be edited they'll look a bit nicer ?

Lui - Trust me, I hit the tired wall last week and it was totally the end of the world!
I'm proud of you for eating chocolate and watching 2 films, where they good? I always feel more tired after I've had a rest lately, I've found that having a bath and going to bed just half an hour earlier for a few nights is enough to reset my clock, might be worth a try?

I’m sure your images are lovely and a little bit of tweaking editing wise will make them awesome. Maybe because he wasn’t being paid he didn’t edit them like you said (i know editing takes alot of time and due to not being paid for it, he just couldn’t afford to spend that time on them.) Have you thought about editing them yourself? Even just turning them into black and white as that does hide a lot of flaws. Big hugs lovely and no doubt your wedding ones are going to be amazing as he will have time planned to make them more awesome then they will already be.?

Definitely try the bath idea, I wasn't convinced but OH insisted and for once, he was right. I had some nice music on, lit a few girly candles and was totally zonked afterwards!

We found a house at the weekend and our offer was accepted yesterday so now we're trying to sort that out and trying to move in October as well. We're seriously nuts. I have no idea why we thought this was a good idea ? Also estate agents and solicitors are doing my head in! You want HOW MUCH?!!! And I thought weddings were expensive ?

Dress fitting is on Thursday and worried about that as I'm paranoid the dress is going to be too short and there is no fix for that. Keeping my fingers crossed it's all ok.

Looking forward to seeing your engagement pics LMP! I'm sure they're fine lovely. Sometimes we can be a bit too close to something so you just pick out the flaws (at least I know I do!).

Annamolly - yey for finding a house! Just think 2 of the 3 stressful things in life will be done in one month and you won't have to do them again!! Plus you'll be in your awesome new house for Christmas as a married family!

Your dress should be fine length wise. Did they order a long version!? Mines in a long because the other version is short tea length! It's pretty damn long though! Hopefully yours come the same, plus the bridal shop would have told you if it could not fit you length ways as it would be their issue and not yours and more for them to sort. It's not worth the bad wrap!

Its just jitters as you haven't seen your beautiful dress in a long time! I bet it goes super well!!

In going to have a proper look at the weekend as I don't really have many plans apart from my dress fitting. If not I'll have to order them again. Which will be annoying but I loved them so much.

Good news... I've had my passport back in my married name! it's the small things!

Only thing is... I signed the form in my maiden name (not thinking and it didn't say anything anywhere about signing in married name)

so it's my maiden name signature in the passport.....

I rang the passport office last night and the guy I spoke to said pay for a new passport.

I rang this morning and they said it doesnt matter. everthing else is right and no one uses your passport to check your signature so it doesnt matter....

am worried now tho with the conflicting information!

I don't see the passport a problem Rebecca. Your passport proves you are who you say you are. Signatures change. If you have to sign anything they can still see that it is you on the passport.

the only time I have been asked for my passport to do with a signature is if I buy something abroad in Spain and want to pay by credit card. The want either passport or drivers licence. All they look at is the picture. They don't compare signatures. I don't think you will have a problem.

Some people like my h2b use a squiggle as a signature anyway, it doesn't match their name.

Is your signature obviously different to the one you'll have when you're married?

Regardless, I'm not sure it will matter a huge amount. And if you ever need to use your passport for signature reasons... just revert back to your original one for that time.

I really don't think it's worth getting another passport for!

I think the only time it may be used is to make changes to your bank account maybe. But as long as you use the old one then it's fine. Signatures never really look like the name most the time anyway. Pooba is right it's not worth the cost of the new passport, just remember to sign under your maiden name if they use it.

I managed to get a head start on the playlist last night, I was rather impressed with myself. We decided that having songs that mean something to us is the best way to go, like you said most people will be twittering away and probably won't be paying attention to the music anyway! It'll mostly be 'nice' songs, but by bands we like such as Kiss Whitesnake & Burning Rain ?

I think we should vow now that on our birthdays we get cake for breakfast and sweets for dessert ?

I would definitely recommend sending the card the Monday before the wedding, I just can't be trusted! Or address it to Mr Panda, he won't let me open it then...
I still haven't found a card I like for you and Mr Lui, need to get that sorted.
